People fully heal when they feel safe, witnessed, and respected.
I practice a very unique type of cutting edge trauma therapy. You know how we have parts; part of me wants to stay up and watch a show, and part of me knows I need to go to bed on time? Well, I help people discover that alongside all of their many parts, there is an authentic Self, which, as it turns out, is a very active inner leader and can bring healing to people who come to therapy.
I help people let go of the burdens they've been carrying for years. These burdens take many forms, e.g. "worthlessness", "perfectionism", "obsessions", "resentment", "mistrust", to name several. You can heal once you've safely and fully witnessed what happened. Then you'll have more confidence, clarity, courage, patience, compassion, and a greater sense of connectedness. There is always hope.
Everyone's on their own life journey. Moments of suffering can be incredibly difficult to bear. There's no human suffering that can't be made better. Absolutely none. Some people find these messages of hope to be quite activating. Please know that your skepticism is very welcome with me. Fear that hope is lost is a very powerful burden to carry. Not only do you not need to carry it alone, but it's actually possible to unload it.
May you find compassion for yourself and others. Blessings.
